These people have their heads on backwards. Local authorities are excluding purebloods from mixed use facilities, even though ratepayers have paid for them.
Isn't the library principally about reading? Considering the below video, if the café on site now gets in the way of that activity, doesn't that void the café lease? Force majeure. The café should be suspended from operations, while all remain able to access the books.
