Uganda Industrialising

Uganda is the world's seventh largest producer of coffee, but now it is starting to exploit its abundant oil and gas fields, and its high quality iron ores. They export a proportion of oil and gas but keep back some to underpin local industry.

Iron ores are now banned from being exported in raw form. All iron ores must now undergo some kind of processing before being exported, and these ores are some of the highest quality in the world. Obviously, along with that industry comes road and rail improvements and upgrades to airports for bringing in spare parts.
