India has gone back to using Ivermectin and Hydroxychloroquine and as a result, their COVID-19 cases have dropped significantly and continue to do so. Basically, Big Pharma don't want these cheap drugs to be used, pure greed is what's driving them in wanting their less effective jab to be used.
