Effective COVID-19 Response
Which country had the best response to COVID-19? There are only a few contenders, and Vietnam must be right up the front for top honours. With a population of nearly 100 million they've kept their case numbers low and suffered only 35 deaths. Note that they didn't completely lock down, meaning they still have an economy left. Good for them.
