To answer the question: yes, you can use seawater on wildfires and it often is used in the Northeast US, and in harbours when a ship or shore facilities are on fire:

This needs to stop, people have got to get a grip and start electing people who can do the job. Forget DEI, fancy ideology, feelgood claptrap, and stop believing in the tooth fairy.
