New Zealand: No Jab No Job Mandates

Good advice from an HSE specialist: under a no jab no job mandate from your employer?

File a hazard incident report saying you are experiencing SERIOUS HARM, and psychological duress from the Covid-19 jab mandate. DO NOT SAY STRESS, or MENTAL HEALTH to prevent the employer using that to put you on stress leave or to use mental health provisions available to them (saying you are a hazard under HSE legislation).

Better to say losing sleep, experiencing anxiety, experiencing bullying in any form such as verbal, touching or pushing whether by workmates or management. Log them all.

File the complaints under SERIOUS HARM in your incident report; this then MUST be reported to Worksafe. Do this daily.

Follow the advice. The employer must consult with you on this, it is illegal not to. Don't be fobbed off. You are entitled, upon request, to be given a summation of these incident reports, along with the actions the employer took to ELIMINATE this hazard (it cannot be isolated or minimised).

Hint: elimination must be to end the mandate. That's the only way to eliminate the hazard. The employer must act to eliminate, they are legally required to, and sacking you is NOT elimination.
