The Heterodoxies Society has apparently filed a court case against the New Zealand government, claiming they've breached the Terrorism Suppression Act 2002, amongst a raft of other crimes. They want the government arrested.

[Update @ 31/12/2021 - this action was filed in Auckland but is now stayed. I have to say I'm disappointed with lawyers, where are their high minded principles and loyalty to the rule of law? The country is slipping into the abyss while they and doctors twiddle their fingers.]
